Membership Levels

1. What are the different membership levels?
We offer three membership tiers designed to support admins at every career stage:

  • Newcomers & Career Starters: Ideal for early-career admins or those just joining the profession.
  • Career Growth Hub: Perfect for mid-career admins looking to deepen their skills and access premium resources.
  • Legacy Builders: Created for experienced admins ready to lead, mentor, and make an impact in the profession.

2. How do I know which membership tier is right for me?
Check out our Choose Your Path page, where we outline each membership tier in detail to help you decide which one best fits your goals. You can also start with the Newcomers & Career Starters tier and upgrade at any time.

3. Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Simply reach out to Jessica or Candice and choose the tier you’d like to switch to. Any billing adjustments will be reflected in your next payment cycle.


Billing & Cancellation

4. How does billing work?
Billing is set up on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your preference at sign-up. Monthly memberships renew each month, while annual memberships provide a discount and renew once a year.

5. Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can switch to annual billing to take advantage of a discount. Visit your Account Settings and select the annual billing option.

6. How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel, go to your Account Settings and select “Cancel Membership.” Please note that your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial months or years.

7. Is there a refund policy?
We currently do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual memberships. However, you can cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.


Community Guidelines & Rules

8. What are the community guidelines?
We strive to maintain a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment. Our community guidelines include:

  • Be Respectful: Treat others with kindness and respect.
  • Share Thoughtfully: Contribute relevant insights and resources.
  • No Self-Promotion: Avoid self-promotion, advertising, or sales pitches.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Keep private information confidential and do not share sensitive work or personal details.

9. What happens if someone violates the community guidelines?
If a member violates the community guidelines, they will receive a warning. Continued violations may result in suspension or removal from the community. We want to ensure The Future Focused Admin remains a positive and valuable space for everyone.

10. How do I report inappropriate behavior?
If you experience or witness behavior that violates our community guidelines, please reach out to our community moderator or admin team. We take these matters seriously and will address them promptly.


Accessing Resources & Live Events

11. How do I access resources like templates and guides?
All resources are available within the Knowledge Library. Members in the Career Growth Hub and Legacy Builders tiers have full access, while Newcomers & Career Starters have limited access to general resources.

12. How do live events work?
Live events, workshops, and Q&A sessions are hosted monthly. Details are posted in the Events Calendar, including dates, times, and access links. All members can participate in general events, while exclusive workshops are reserved for Career Growth Hub and Legacy Builders members.

13. What if I miss a live event?
Don’t worry! Recordings of live events are uploaded to the Video Library after each session, so you can watch them at your convenience. Access to recordings may vary based on your membership tier.

14. Are there any special events or exclusive sessions for higher tiers?
Yes! Career Growth Hub members have access to monthly workshops, and Legacy Builders enjoy advanced training sessions and exclusive coaching opportunities. These events are tailored to provide deeper value based on each tier’s goals.


Upgrading or Downgrading Membership

15. How do I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your membership at any time. Simply go to your Account Settings, select “Upgrade Membership,” and choose the desired tier. Upgrading gives you immediate access to additional resources, exclusive events, and premium content.

16. Will I lose access to resources if I downgrade?
If you downgrade your membership, you’ll lose access to premium content and resources that are exclusive to higher tiers. However, your general community access will remain, and you can upgrade again whenever you’re ready.

17. What benefits do I get if I upgrade to the Legacy Builders tier?
Legacy Builders receive all available benefits, including advanced training sessions, one-on-one coaching opportunities, access to the exclusive Legacy Circle community, and leadership opportunities within the community. Check out the Membership Levels page for a detailed comparison.

18. I’m having trouble accessing content. What should I do?
If you’re experiencing technical issues, try logging out and logging back in. If the issue persists, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
